We meet in a video call (Zoom or Google Meet — whatever you prefer). Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and is built around conversation: we speak Italian from the first minute, and Carlo shares materials and notes with you as you go.
No — there is no registration (and none is needed). Your personal area is created automatically with your first purchase: you pay via Stripe, and your account with lesson credit and bookings is ready. No password either: enter your e-mail and you receive a login link.
Any level works — from complete beginner to advanced. In your first lesson Carlo assesses where you stand and tailors everything to your goals. If you get stuck, English, German, French or Spanish can help out.
You pick your times yourself in the online calendar — book or cancel any lesson up to 24 hours in advance, and the credit goes straight back to your account.
Your package renews automatically every month and refills your lesson credit (4, 8 or 12 lessons). You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade anytime in your account — the change applies from the next billing period.
Unused lessons roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 2. You can move or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before it starts: the credit goes back to your account. With less than 24 hours' notice the lesson counts as used — for a last-minute emergency, write to Carlo directly: carlo@carloitaliancoach.com.
If you start now you pay the launch price of €20 per lesson — and you keep that price for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. When the price goes up for new students, nothing changes for you. If you cancel and come back later, the price valid at that time applies.
Yes — all payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers. Your card details never touch our website, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
